1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StreamCraft Studios' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

StreamCraft Studios provides professional livestream production services, including studio rentals, equipment rental, technical crew, and related services in Quezon City, Philippines.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings require advance payment or deposit as specified in your quote
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled service may incur fees
• Payment terms are net 15 days unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about event requirements
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Respect equipment and studio facilities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtain necessary licenses and permissions for content

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using our services. StreamCraft Studios may use project images and videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

StreamCraft Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Equipment and Facilities

• Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities beyond normal wear
• Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose
• Smoking, food, and beverages are prohibited in production areas

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, or internet service disruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements for violation of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or non-payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Quezon City.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
